Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila

Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) is Manila's premier city university, established in 1965 as the first chartered city university in the Philippines. PLM offers free tuition to qualified Manila residents, providing access to quality higher education for the city's students.
